The Kings Arms, 45 West Street, Dorking
A Shepherd Neame house. According to their website, the building is believed to date from 1405 and be the oldest building in Dorking. Originally it was several buildings which have been made into one over the years. The pub is laid out on four different levels and has many alcoves. This is one of many buildings where it is believed King Charles II stayed. It also features in Charles Dickens’ novel "Little Dorrit".
