Railway
Dorking is served by two different railway lines and has three railway stations. This is the line that goes East-West from Guildford through to Redhill, through the Surrey Hills.

Meadowbank
Public park named after a house of the same name off Chalkpit Lane which the local council bought along with its land in 1926. Part was sold off to developers, who built Parkway, the rest retained as a recreation ground.
