150 - 172 High Street
Buildings on High Street.
The building in the centre of the photo, nos 150 - 160, is early 19th Century, the lower one on the left, nos 162 - 164, is late C18/early 19th Century and that on the far left, nos 166 - 170, is 18th Century. Dorking: 201a and 201B High Street
A pair of tiny shops with an attractively old-fashioned look, including fringed awnings. (The phone number on C.K.O. Photo's shopfront was 14 years out of date at the time the photo was taken, most four-figure area codes having been superseded by five-digit codes on PhONEday, 16th April 1995.)
