Church Side and Holly Cottage
Two attached grade II listed buildings with access from Wheelers Lane and Middle Street respectively. Church Side is one of the oldest buildings in Brockham dating from the mid 16th century. Originally built as a single house, it was later subdivided into three cottages, later to revert to a single house as now. For listing particulars see www.historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1230176. Holly Cottage (otherwise known simply as "The Cottage") dates from the early 18th century, although the listing particulars suggest earlier - see www.historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1228821.

Anthony West House
Former vicarage for Christ Church, built in 1855. It ceased in that role in 1985, and was subdivided into flats and run by a small Housing Association, the aim of which is "to provide accommodation for those who have reached sixty years of age and who are able to live independently and to care for their own needs". Anthony West was vicar of Brockham from 1950 to 1986.
