The Observatory
Completed in 2000, and now the headquarters of esure, the insurers. The previous building on the site had been the headquarters of Redland, the brick and tile manufacturer, and the brick structure seen in front of the building dates from that period and was retained on redevelopment of the site.

Sheilas' Wheels
A pink Mercury Monterey convertible parked outside the Observatory, the head office of esure, the parent company of Sheilas' Wheels, the "insurance company for women", whose promotional colour is this strong pink. Whilst this is not the actual car used in their adverts (which is a shell), it will presumably see promotional use in due course!
