Barn at New House Farm
Going by the enormous doors, I reckon this must be an old threshing barn. Notice, too, the good old Sussex-style fencing in the foreground. New House is still a working farm.

Previously layered hedge at Newhouse Farm
The right-angled bend formed between the trunk and main branches of this hedgerow tree show that it once formed part of a layered hedge. The other trees and bushes have died off or been removed leaving this pair to sprout up and create a reedy curtain. Just to the left of shot is Image

Tree-tunnelled road with the first autumn mist
