Malthouse Lane
An old lane that provides access for Mitchbourne Farm and Malthouse farm, the latter of whom can be seen in the distance. Some of its former outbuildings have been converted into residences like the barn to the right which is now called The Springs after a number in the area, one of whom feeds the overfilling pond to the left.

Malthouse Farm
The farmhouse on the left dates from the 17th century whilst on the right is The Old Malthouse, a former farm building converted into a residence. The number of springs in the vicinity made this an ideal place to brew beer.
