Meeton's Windmill, West Chiltington
This smock mill was built in 1865 and continued operating until 1922. It was converted into a residence in 1928. Three of the four sails are still intact.

Cause of the problem
I was told the reason for the work going on concerned flooding and looking at the size of the pipes going in I wonder if this small culvert was something to do with this.
