West Chiltington: St. Mary's Church: Wall paintings 1250-1275
This painting is situated at the west end of the nave and is the first of a series representing the Passion Cycle. "Christ's entry into Jerusalem" Christ riding on what was once a well drawn donkey; remains of people spreading garments fills the rest of the scene.
