Wiggonholt Church
Wiggonholt cannot be called a village - there are just a few houses (some quite large) and a farmyard, along a little dead-end lane. At the very end. among trees, there is the church. You could hardly get a more rural situation - I am reminded of Harty church, in Sheppey: Image ( There are other similarities, and both churches have a stumpy west tower, shingle-hung). Wiggonholt church stands at the western edge of the grid-square, on higher ground which overlooks Pulborough Brooks nature reserve.
