Poor drainage at bottom end of Orchard Way
A spring which feeds the brook through Brooklands Park is somewhere up on the left, and the flow is culverted under the end of the road and the top end of the park. It seems the culvert is inadequate, the rough on the left is sodden, overflowing down the road and into a drain.
