Viewed from the junction with Heath Road the office block dates from the 1980s and is one of a number along Perrymount Road.

Haywards Heath station
Haywards Heath railway station, photographed from the south. The railway is electrifed using the "third rail" system, but notice that the track furthest to the right doesn't have the third rail. This photo was taken in January, when the trees are not in leaf.

59-61, The Broadway, Haywards Heath
Built in 1911 as the Heath Cinema, the first in Haywards Heath, and replaced in the 1930s by a couple of larger buildings in Perrymount Road, both of which have now been demolished.

Office Blocks, Perrymount Road, Haywards Heath
A number of the original Victorian villas which once lined this road have now disappeared and been replaced by large office blocks. 31-33, partially obscured by the foliage is occupied by Lloyds Bank, 35 is also known as Oakfield House and is let to a number of different business, 37-39 is home to estate and letting agents Savills. Perrymount Road itself predates the town and is currently the B2028.
