Cricket Pitch, Lindfield Common
Looking across towards the pavilion which is located on the western side of the common. Cricket has been played here since 1747 and the common is currently home to Lindfield CC.

Located in the south eastern corner since the interwar era though part of its original area has been reduced to accommodate a car park on the eastern side.

Cricket Match, Lindfield Common
Lindfield first XI versus Pagham first XI which the home team won. In the distance most of the inflatables have been inflated for the children's fair which was by this time underway, see Image Cricket has been played on the common since the 18th century and Lindfield Cricket Club were formed in 1747 and currently runs four senior teams as well as a number of junior ones.
