Sussex House, Perrymount Road, Haywards Heath
Currently occupied by Collinson Insurance. The building is located on the site of a former large Victorian house called Clair House which became St Clair House then just St Clair where during the latter's time it became a private girls school which ran between the 1930s and 1969 and was demolished soon after.

52-56, Perrymount Road, Haywards Heath
Number 52, Colourschemer Interiors, was built on the site of a former lodge to St Clair House which later became an Estate Agents. Number 54-56, currently Londis occupies the site of Perrymount Cinema which opened in 1936 and closed in 1972 with its demolition finally occurring in 1984.

The early commercial hub of the settlement around the new station before it moved southwards to its present site at the turn of the 20th century. The roundabout was added in 1965.
