Development of this business park started in 1986 by the then owners of the site, the Monotype Corporation, in conjunction with the civil engineers Rush and Tompkins.

Over the barley to Honeycrock Lane
The houses are on Honeycrock Lane. This largely rural scene is somewhat deceptive, as shielded by the trees on the left is a large business park. The viewpoint is in the next field, also growing barley, but riper.
