The Hollies/Kahala, High Street, Partridge Green
Two houses at the western end of the High Street that were built sometime in the 1960s. The hollies is on the left mostly obscured by foliage whilst Kahala is on the right in view.

Tidey's Mill, Partridge Green
A small cul de sac off High Street that was built around 1989-90 on the site of a former steam mill. The mill was built around 1862 and remained in operation until closing in 1970. The former mill was used as a depot and storage facility until demolished in the 1980s to make way for the current development. All that survives of the former mill is its pond which is beyond the parked cars on the right.

Beech Cottage, High Street, Partridge Green
The cottage dates from at least the 19th century as it is marked on the 1876 OS map though it appears to have been altered a number of times. Part of its former grounds contain Image built in the early 1990s.

Virginia House, High Street, Partridge Green
I think this used to be known as Little Hatch a name which is now applied to the single storey structure adjacent to it, see Image The house dates from the early 19th century but may has elements that are much older. It also predates the settlement of Partridge Green having existed at a time when Partridge Green was an open common. Located off the High Street behind Image
