Single storey commercial premises near the junction with Bines Road, the B2135, that is currently home to Seawhite, an educational art and design materials supplier.
The entrance to the estate was original a field called Leopard's Field according to West Grinstead's 1841 tithe map.

A warehouse near the entrance to the trading estate.
The trading estate was built in the 1970s with this unit built on the site of the old Hillman's Brickworks which operated from the late 19th century until about the 1920s and was the only one of the three brickworks in the village that possessed a railway siding.

Home to Audio Note manufacturers of audio equipment. Units F1-F4 on the left are roughly located on the site of the Partridge Green's former station.
