A small residential road that runs between Little Oak and St Michael's Way. All the houses are on the western side of the road. Part of an estate that was built during the 1960s.

St Michael's Way, Partridge Green
The northern cul de sac of the residential road that leaves Oakwood to the south east. According to West Grinstead's 1841 tithe map this was once a field known as Limekiln Field which from 1890 had Image built on its northern side. The estate was constructed in the 1960s when the area north of High Street was developed.
