Cambria Close, Partridge Green
The small cul de sac containing ten properties was built around 2007 on the site of a former single dwelling and its large garden called Cambria which had been erected in the early 1950s.

The Rosary, Church Road, Partridge Green
The house was built in the first decade of the 20th century and for a time was known as Wildacre. Around 2003 a small estate containing Image and Image was built in the former extensive grounds to the rear which originally stretched west to the former Shoreham-Christ's Hospital railway.

St Michael's Way, Partridge Green
The northern cul de sac of the residential road that leaves Oakwood to the south east. According to West Grinstead's 1841 tithe map this was once a field known as Limekiln Field which from 1890 had Image built on its northern side. The estate was constructed in the 1960s when the area north of High Street was developed.
