Thurlow Lodge
The lodge at the entrance to Station Drive. The drive leads to Baynards Park from the station bearing the same name, which was built specifically to service the country estate for its owner.

Station Road at Baynards
The station is now a private house and the railway is dismantled. The Thurlow Arms PH closed about two years ago.

Baynards station building, near Horsham
Baynards station was situated in Surrey countryside close to the Sussex border. The station closed in 1965, along with the railway which passed through it. The building survives, however, and is used as a private house.
The driveway past the station forms part of the route of the Downs Link path, which itself forms part of route 223 of the National Cycle Network.

Baynards.
This looks on to the former platforms of Baynards Station. These are now private property, the gardens of the house which is the old Baynards Station building. It stands opposite the Thurlow Arms - Rev Thurlow allowed the railway to be built cheaply across his land if it built him a station!
