Kilnwood Vale is a new development stuck on the west side of Crawley, but in Horsham District. Further parts of the development will be built on this 'land fill' which is more like land cover.

Homes 495 - 499, Calvert Link, Kilnwood Vale
Kilnwood Vale is a new development stuck on the west side of Crawley, but in Horsham District. These houses are being completed in reverse order of plot number. It is odd that the two in the middle, being offered for sale, lack porch roofs, yet the less advanced pair on the left have them. Elsewhere it was noted that the same design sometimes have flat porch roofs. Perhaps pitched roofs are being added as a selling point.
