St Matthew?s Church tower, Redhill
The steeple was reconstructed about the end of the 19th. The ground storey of the steeple forms the south west porch which is the principal entrance.

Redhill Methodist Church and Centre
Previously housed nearby in a large building containing shops and the Methodist Central Hall. The old building was demolished in the 1980s as part of the redevelopment of the centre of Redhill, and replaced with the present church and centre, along with an office block (see Image).

St Matthew?s Church, Redhill
St Matthew’s was built 1866; the architect was J M K Hähn. The church stands on a site which slopes steeply down towards the south. The building is mainly of Reigate stone with dressings of a more durable stone. http://www.stmatthews-redhill.org.uk/
