There was no sign of the postman, so he was possibly doing the close, or the few houses down the bridleway/private drive behind the trees, on foot.

Formerly a care home, it closed down and after some time the residential wings were converted into ordinary flats. The reception and administrative area, which spanned between the wings at the far side of the court, was demolished.
