Renovated bridge over Gatwick Stream
The old bridge's concrete span appears to have been overlaid with a new span with railings, reaching well beyond the old abutments which are in crumbling brick, and remain as was. Carried out as part of the Forge Wood housing development, and viewed from a new bridge for one of the new roads.

Forge Wood Primary School
The school has been operating from nearby temporary accommodation for a year, but plans to start the 2017/8 academic year in this proper new building. There is still a lot of finishing off and tidying up to do, at least externally. With only ten days to go until pupils turn up, will they make it?
