Cars pull away from the lights (accelerate would be the wrong description) as they continue on the London-Brighton Veteran Car Run of 2010; they are about to pass in front of Crawley Railway Station. Of the 505 starters, 433 reached the finish at Brighton, a great achievement for cars that ranged in age from 116 to 105 years old.

With all public bus services suspended, the only user of the bus station is this local coach on a private service. It is waiting at the lights to leave the station, which it did without difficulty.
