So Many Seats & Bins
Uncertain who they are expecting here.
A wide street that doesn't go anywhere, closed to traffic, with neglected verges and a Hilton Hotel on one side, a car dealership on the other and a string of these metal benches, each with their own bin, and nobody about.
Do hotel guests, laden with ample garbage, come out here of an evening to take the air? Maybe they do, and mid morning on a Monday just isn't the right time to be here.
