Friars Walk
This used to be a small shopping mall (building with flag on) on Friar Street which went through to Station Hill; it was built after the Broad Street mall but closed a few years ago. It is now due to be redeveloped.

End of the walk
Last look at the entrance area of Friars Walk. Does not seem that long since it was built; now it is due for demolishing sometime. Below you can make out the entrance road to the car park which is on the left.

Friar Street
Friar Street where Woolies used to come out though as can be seen has been redeveloped. There used to be a couple of old pubs down here that have now gone, plus my favourite book shop the Friar Street book shop.
