Former Southport Promenade Hospital
Situated in a prime position on the promenade and used for many years by convalescing patients with spinal injuries, now converted into exclusive apartments with an unhindered view of the Marine Lake

Southport Convalescent Hospital
The original two storey building fronting on to Seabank Road. The hospital was originally funded by the Lancashire Cotton Famine Relief Fund. This was set up in the 1880's to offset the distress in the mill towns over the loss of the cotton imports during the American Civil War.
The hospital has now been converted into luxury apartments.

Southport Promenade Hospital
Southport Promenade Hospital is a Grade II listed former Victorian hospital situated on the Promenade at Southport. The building closed in 1990 and has been restored into luxury apartments known as the Marine Gate Mansions.
The present building was completed in 1852 and was known as the Southport Convalescent Hospital. It became Southport Promenade Hospital in 1948.
