The Sir Henry Seagrave, Lord Street
A Wetherspoon pub and hotel, named after a land speed world record holder who used to race on Southport beach. The building is named Pavilion Buildings, and after leasing the ground floor as a pub for some years, Wetherspoons bought the freehold from Sefton Council in 2021 to convert the upper storeys from office to hotel accommodation.
