The Windmill, Eccleston
The mural celebrates local hero Bradley Wiggins, the Tour de France and the London 2012 Olympics.
I suspect this was painted before Wiggo's victories in both the Tour de France and the Olympic time trial.
However, the Team GB medals have been added. Note that the official Olympic logo has not been used.
