Chorley Pals Memorial
Unveiled in 2010, this memorial was further landscaped in 2012 and interpretation boards were added. These tell the story of the Pals who were formed in November 1914.

Chorley Pals Memorial
This memorial to the Chorley Pals was unveiled on Sunday 28th February 2010 by Sister Francis [Kathleen Calderbank] daughter of Private 15845 Henry Calderbank.
Overall, it stands 17 feet high consisting of a bronze statue and a plinth of Portland Limestone. There are 222 names on the plinth and, of those, 162 would return home to Chorley at the end of the war.
