Chequers Social Club, Harbour Lane, Warton, near Preston
This local Social Club has existed for many, many years.
It was certainly there in the mid 1960s as I remember attending the Friday Night dances.
Good to see it is still serving the local community

Co-op Foodstore, Harbour Lane, Warton, near Preston
Like The Chequers Social Club - which is just up the road from here - I remember this shop from the 1960s but not as a Co-op Store. Maybe it was ... the mind plays tricks.
