The Tin Man
The Tin Man made by the kids at Choices Homes for Children in Chipping. The Tin Man has been chosen by the children at Choices as tin represents a ten year anniversary. This happens to be the 10th anniversary for Chipping in Bloom Flowerpot Festival. The children at the residential care home are big fans of the film “The Wizard of Oz” and were very excited to have the opportunity to get involved in the tradition and the local community.
