Leyland Motors Clock
A number of these clocks, supported on towers and each carrying the slogan "Leyland for all time", were installed at prominent positions on major trunk roads throughout England in the 1930s by Leyland Motors Limited. This one is next to the roundabout in Leyland.

The Leyland Lion
The former post office on Hough Lane, has been reopened as a Wetherspoon's restaurant/bar.
