T.A. - Headquarters of Waterford Company
This is Kimberley Barracks, Deepdale, Preston. The Territorial Army is an integral part of the British Army. The Sign reads as follows: "Headquarters Waterford Company 4th Battalion Duke of Lancaster's Regiment." The 4th Battalion (4 LANCS) is the Territorial Army Infantry unit in the North West of England. 4 LANCS is based in four company locations and four detachment locations, totalling over 500 men and women.

Preston North End stadium
The club started as a cricket club (playing across the road in Moor Park), later switched to rugby and finally to soccer. It now hosts the National Football Museum. (Part of a circular walk around Preston – continues at Image)

Moor Park Business and Enterprise School
The Moor Park Business and Enterprise School now occupies the buildings of Preston Grammar School. A campus of Preston College moved into the Park School buildings. The Sir Tom Finney Community High School is located near the Serpentine on Blackpool Road.
