Deepdale number two portal
Deepdale number two portal looking down the bore of the 272 yard long disused tunnel towards Mauldland road.
This short section used to be in the open until the reinforced concrete slabs above were put in place.
The new Police station on Lancaster Road now stands above here.

RSPCA Clinic Preston
I did a number of Tuesday evening clinics here back in the summer on 1990 while locuming for a practice in Kirkham. I was expected to see 30 patients in 60 - 90 minutes. I would arrive at 18:45 to find a long queue.
