Magistrates' Court, Ringway, Preston
By Preston Borough Architects, 1972. Clad in white tiles. The recessed top floor allows for a covered walkway. On top is a 'gull-wing' service block.

Union Street, Preston
One of only a few 'cobbled' streets still left in the city centre. Everyone calls them cobbles but they are technically setts https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sett_(paving) rather than cobblestones https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cobblestone
The road is very narrow. There is a 'no entry' sign on Friargate which prevents vehicles using this road as a shortcut.
