One of a number of large post-war developments surrounding the bus station like satellites. Typically forceful Brutalist effort, probably dating from the early 1970s. Information is hard to come by - Pevsner studiously ignores it. The Prof. himself may well have had something to say about it, but it didn't exist when he visited in the late 1960s.
