Havant: Royal Mail Delivery Office
From the signage, this must once have been the town's main post office, but that is now (and has been for many years) in the main shopping area. The building remains the Delivery Office for Havant and Rowland's Castle, and is one of very few postal buildings carrying the cipher of King Edward VIII (see Image).
