Paulsgrove Social Club
There used to be several pubs on the estate but this is just about the last place where people (if they are members) can drink socially outside their own home in comfort.

Racecourse Lane
At first glance this seems a most improbable title for such an urban photo but from the 1890s to 1925 there was a racecourse at Paulsgrove, and it was here that visitors alighted at a specially built halt between Portchester and Cosham.
