Boarded up houses in Hamilton Road - Portchester
There are a lot of properties boarded up in this road and adjacent in Southampton Road. Just waiting for someone to acquire the few properties still in private hands. Apparently Vospers offices and the abandoned garage are also included. The total area will be quite large. I believe plans are afoot for several hundred houses, possibly a housing association. If anyone knows the whole plan let us know.
Apparently the developer has pulled out and now the houses are being refurbished and let to tenants of a local Housing Association. See Image
