Former Eastney House and Railings - Teapot Row
These are former officers' quarters, part converted to offices, but now flats. These and the attached railings date from 1864-1866. They were designed by William Scamp for the Admiralty Works Department and converted during 1995. The whole is Grade II listed with English Heritage Building ID: 474501.
