This row of houses is built in traditional style, so I gather, with the walls made up of flint pebbles from the chalk.

This house is evidently having work done on it. It looks as if the flint pebble finish is just that, a layer on top of the stone walls, rather than the actual construction of the wall.

The mural looks unfinished at the time of the photo and was started within the last few years. Sadly, I cannot work out the significance of the artwork, but I am open to suggestions.
