Torr Farm, Yealmpton
The C18 farm house is described at http://www.britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/en-100508-torr-farm-house-yealmpton-devon . Part of the excellent-looking kitchen garden has been given over to a swimming pool. Seen from Yealmpton Footpath 18, which is here a tiny and charming water lane.
