Built as the Trafalgar Hotel in 1897, this is now Plymouth's "only social enterprise pub ...[operating as] a community focused hub and arts space". You can still get a pint here though, and it will be very ethical.

Cookworthy Building, Plymouth
The building, on Constantine Street, houses University of Plymouth's Business School, and is named after the remarkable C18 Quaker and inventor William Cookworthy. The building on the right, where the street turns sharp left, is the Charles Cross Centre, housing offices and flats.
