Bodmin & Wenford Railway - Judy
Photographed from a train for Boscarne Junction and seen taking on water outside the running shed. Judy is an 0-4-0 ST built in 1937 by W G Bagnall of Stafford and used at the china clay port of Par. The locomotive is built with a very low cab due to a tight bridge clearance on the line. There is a 'sister' engine named Alfred and both are preserved on this railway. It was a flat dull day and I was struggling with a mixture of motion blur and washed out pictures that were tending to be light. This has been adjusted and is now more or less acceptable.
