Barrel vaulted ceiling in the church at Blisland
Off to the right of the nave and the main rood screen this area nevertheless would have been included in the restoration work done at the church of Saints Hyacinth and Protus by Ninian Comper and F.C.Eden. Sir John Betjeman paid the compliment of saying: "As a restoration and even improvement on a medieval church, this holy and peaceful place ... can hardly be bettered in the kingdom".
