Fishing boat, Padstow Inner Harbour
This boat is TH 177, registered in Teignmouth. The flood defences installed in 1988 include a tidal gate so that the inner harbour retains water when the tide is low. Before that the harbour dried out, and boats in these positions would have been sitting on the mud.
