Whatever this building was built for originally it is now used as the St Minver Village Hall.

St. Menefreda's church, St. Minver, Cornwall
This view of the church clearly shows its famous leaning spire and tower. It was only built in 1875 to replace a much older tower that had become dilapidated. See also Image

The arches on the North side of the church ( right of picture ) are Norman, But the granite columns and arches on the South side are from the 15th century when the church was enlarged.
