Exuberant pub, formerly the King's Arms, dated c1900 (Image]). Grade II listed. There were hopes it would re-open as a pub, but at the time of writing the city council had recently approved plans for conversion into five dwellings.

Hamoaze House, Mount Wise, Plymouth
A large house built of local limestone in 1795 for the Duke of Richmond. The balcony, and possibly the porch, was added later. Grade II listed. It is now a drug and alcohol rehabilitation centre.
